    Meaghan is deeply rooted in the hospitality industry for over 16 years. She started her career as a Sales Manager for Starwood Hotels San Diego Metro Market. In her most recent role, she served as the Director of Strategic Account Management for a Travel Management Company. Her wealth of experience in hotel operations, contract negotiations, planning, hotel sourcing, account management and leadership brings a heightened level of expertise to every client interaction.

    Meaghan is passionate about elevating the meeting and incentives industry and is proud to share her voice through her speaking engagements with ALHI, Cadre and MPI TV. Meaghan holds her a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and a Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University. She was on a winning team for the She Has a Deal (SHaD) competition, creating new pathways to hotel ownership and development for women. Furthermore, her exceptional contributions earned her the distinction of being recognized among Connect Magazine's 40 under 40 in the Events Industry.

  • LINDSAY GRAHAM

    Co-Founder, Chief Experience Officer

    With a career spanning over 18 years in the hospitality industry, Lindsay has encompassed an array of roles within Travel Management Companies. Her passion for creating impactful meetings and events began during her years at West Virginia University. This early enthusiasm propelled her into a role at the esteemed Boston Convention & Visitors Bureau, where she cultivated an appreciation for events and the local hospitality landscape.

    This foundational experience set the stage for her advancement into Travel Management Companies where she was able to expand her focus to a global level. Here, Lindsay began shaping her multifaceted skill set and refining her expertise among some of the top talent in the industry. In February 2019, Lindsay was named one of Meetings & Conventions Rising Stars. These experiences culminate to serve as a powerful ethos engrained in Lindsay, to provide top-tier customer care and unwavering commitment to service excellence.

    As an industry veteran and seasoned expert with over 22 years of service in the hospitality industry, Mary’s comprehensive experience is unparalleled. She is a strategic and visionary leader that draws from her vast operational background to push boundaries and constantly move forward. With a foundation that includes departmental leadership, meeting planning, hotel sourcing, destination management, and even cruise ships, her first-hand knowledge fuels confident and decisive solution implementation.

    Mary holds her undergraduate degree from The College of William and Mary and her Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University. Her volunteer experience includes GiGi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center Board Member and Events Committee Chair, The 100th Anniversary of Naval Aviation Foundation Events Committee Member, and Marine Corps Air Station volunteer squadron event planner.
